The original painting of Clowning Around has been sold. I love the little clown fish and didn't even realize until I was finished with the painting and my friend said - Oh, you painted little Nemo's. I might be out of touch with the world at times.
My love of photography led me to painting. I am a self-taught artist and have been painting seriously for the last 10 years. I do lean to oil on canvas, but I have also done a little work in watercolor, colored pencil and acrylic as well. I absolutely love rich colors and dramatic contrasts but most of all I enjoy variety. Such beauty surrounds us in our world and I am so grateful that I have the opportunity to express what I see and feel.
